ARRIVAL PLANS
Ticket and pass holders must arrive 15-minutes prior to showtime to guarantee admission. Ticket or pass holders arriving less than 15 minutes prior to the showtime cannot be guaranteed a seat, even with a ticket or a pass. All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, substitutions or replacements will be issued.

NEVER QUITE SOLD OUT!
Last-minute tickets—rush tickets—are typically available just before showtime even when advance tickets have sold out. A Rush line will form outside the venue usually one hour before showtime. Approximately ten minutes prior to the screening, available rush tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis to those in line. Rush tickets will only be sold to those actually waiting in line. No discounts, cash only. Rush tickets are not available at the Pacific Film Archive.

SEATING
Patrons must exit the theater after every screening. Theaters must be cleaned and prepared for the next screening. Patrons with tickets to another film in the same theater (or in another theater) must return to the ticket-holder line, which may be located outside the venue. Priority seating is only given to CineVisa holders and Gold Card holders.

DISCOUNTS
Member discounts apply to year-round members of the San Francisco Film Society and Pacific Film Archive whose memberships are valid through May 31, 2010 and Festival Fans whose memberships are valid through May 7, 2010. Members must provide member ID numbers when placing an order. Membership entitles the member to two member-priced tickets per screening (four tickets for dual SFFS memberships).

Senior discount applies to persons aged 62 and older. A copy of a valid ID must be provided for fax, mail or phone orders. Students must be enrolled full-time and must present a valid ID at the time of the order. Student discounts are only available for in-person purchases. Disabled persons must present valid ID at the time of ordering as proof of eligibility. A copy of a valid ID must be provided for fax, mail or phone orders. Senior, student and disabled discounts apply to one ticket per person per screening.

TICKET PACKAGES
CineVoucher 10-Pack
$90 members, $115 general public
CineVoucher 10-Packs are valid for regularly priced Festival screenings. Redemptions are based on ticket availability, so redeem your CineVouchers early (members may begin redeeming CineVoucher 10-Packs on March 26). Here’s how it works:

  • A CineVoucher does not grant access to films; it must be redeemed for a hard ticket.
  • CineVoucher 10-Pack purchases are limited to two per person (four for dual members) whether purchased at member or general price.
  • CineVoucher 10-Packs may be applied to one film, a few films or ten films.
  • A CineVoucher does not grant access to films; it must be redeemed for a hard ticket.
  • To redeem a CineVoucher, provide the 16-digit account number printed on the front of the voucher when prompted online, by phone or in person at the ticket outlets.
  • CineVouchers cannot be redeemed in person at the Castro or Pacific Film Archive Theaters. In order to redeem CineVouchers for tickets to films at these venues, place your ticket order online, by phone or at the Main Ticket Outlet before the close of business the day before the screening.
  • For Kabuki and Clay screenings, CineVouchers can be redeemed up to one hour before showtime.

CINEVISA $750

Grants single admission for all Festival screenings and programs excluding the Opening and Closing Night film and party, the Centerpiece party, the Midnight Awards and Film Society Awards Night. CineVisa holders are guaranteed a seat as long as they arrive 15 minutes before showtime. CineVisa is fully transferable but must remain with the bearer for the duration of the screening. Cinevisa is available only to year-round members of the San Francisco Film Society whose memberships are valid through May 31, 2010 and Festival Fans whose memberships are valid through May 7, 2010.
