The San Francisco Film Society is accepting requests for accreditation for the 2010 San Francisco International Film Festival (April 22 – May 6) from film industry professionals and representatives of media arts organizations. Accreditation provides a variety of benefits including access to screenings, events, networking opportunities, and specialized Festival services.
Celebrating 53 years, the San Francisco International Film Festival, the first in the Americas, is internationally renowned for its adventurous programming and sophisticated audiences. The SFIFF is recognized as an excellent platform for new independently produced narrative features, documentaries, shorts, animations, television productions, experimental films and youth-produced works from across the country and around the world.
The 2010 Festival will showcase 160 works and host more than 200 filmmaker and industry guests. There are two types of accreditation available for the 2010 Festival: Network and Industry. Availability is limited.

Application for accreditation is open through Friday, April 16. Applications submitted after this deadline will be subject to a $25.00 late fee. Use the online SFIFF53 Industry Accreditation Application form to complete and submit your application. If your application is approved, you will be contacted by the Industry Office to process your application fee. Accreditation in all categories is granted at the sole discretion of the San Francisco Film Society; badges are name-specific and non-transferable.
The 53rd San Francisco International Film Festival takes place April 22 – May 6, 2010.
